  “人不可能不经历苦难而重塑自己，因为他既是大理石又是雕刻家。”

  It is impossible to rei oneself without suffering， for he is both marble and sculptor.

  这句话看起来很晦涩，其实简单地说，就是中国《三字经》里的六个字：玉不琢、不成器！

  每个人生下来就是一块天然、未经雕琢的大理石，或者说是一块璞玉，只有经过精心的打磨和雕刻，才能够成为精美的艺术品和玉石，然而打磨的过程自然是痛苦的，要经历重重苦难，需要无数的磨练和坚定的信念。

  So we are all a piece of uncut stone and a piearble. On the way of growing up， we only be a qualified person if we are not afraid of difficulties， setbacks， challenges and training.
